Charity Keyring: Humanitarian Support for Ukraine

Like so many people around the world, watching the horrific events unfolding in Ukraine, we wanted to do what we could to raise some funds for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal with the DEC*.  So we have designed our very own braided rope with Ukrainian colours and made a charity Keyring.

As a small business we’re covering the cost of all materials, packaging and time spent making the Keyrings so that 100% of proceeds (EVERY penny of the £4.00 for each Keyring) will go to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal of the @disastersemergencycommittee *

96p will be added at checkout to cover the cost of UK delivery through Royal Mail. We wanted to keep this separate from price of the Keyring for ease and transparency: This allows the whole amount of each sale to go directly to the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund, and the shipping fee to go directly to the Royal Mail.

So each Keyring would cost you just under a fiver, all in.

We will not and do not want to make a penny from this fundraising effort. Taking a hit with the materials, packaging and our time is nothing to what families are experiencing in the Ukraine.

This may only make a little ripple, but if each little ripple of kindness can join together it might just make a bigger wave ✨ Let’s stand together with the people of Ukraine in whatever way we can 💙💛

[*The Disasters Emergency Committee is an umbrella group of UK charities which coordinates collective appeals to raise funds to provide emergency aid to people caught up in disasters/humanitarian crises around the world. They have launched a specific Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal and this is where sales of this keyring will go.]
