Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We endeavour to make all of our products within 3 - 5 working days ready for dispatch. Our standard delivery method (UK) is Royal Mail second class (£3.20) for most parcels up to 2Kg. Heavier parcels increment by £3 for every extra 2Kg of weight. If you need your order delivered on or by a certain date please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote and to ensure items can arrive when required.
lnternational delivery is based on the best available rate by either ParcelForce Worldwide or Royal Mail. If you have any special requests please contact us.
Returns & exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 3 days of delivery; items must be shipped back to the return address given within 7 days of delivery.
All personalised items can NOT be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
